Ordering & Production
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders vary by decoration type. Direct embroidery starts at a single piece, while patches and custom designs typically require 12 pieces minimum.
What are your setup and digitization fees?
We charge a flat fee for setup and digitization on orders under 24 pieces. However, orders of 24+ pieces receive FREE setup and digitization - a significant savings! This applies to all decoration types and you can mix and match styles to reach the 24-piece threshold.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10-15 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available for 5-7 days with additional fees.
Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Digital mockups are free for all orders. Physical samples start at $59, and this fee can be waived for orders with 36 or more units.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) but can also work with high-resolution raster files (.JPG, .PNG, .PSD).

What decoration methods are available?
We offer direct embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, leather patches, PVC patches, woven patches, heat transfer printing, and much more. We frequently test and add new capabilities as the industry and technology advance.
Can I get different colors for the same design?
Yes! We can produce multiple colorways of the same design within the same order.
Do you offer custom tags or labels?
Custom woven or printed labels can be added for orders of 75+ pieces.
What thread colors are available?
We have access to hundreds of thread colors and can match Pantone colors closely.

What shipping options are available?
We offer ground shipping (5-7 days), 2-day express, and overnight shipping within the US. International shipping available upon request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and customs duties vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
Custom decorated items are final sale unless there are manufacturing defects. Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
How are orders packaged?
Hats are individually bagged and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.
